The nose is rich and expressive, initially characterized by hints reminiscent of plum and overripe red orange, then enriched with exotic spices and rose petals. The palate is juicy and full bodied, balanced and flowing, long in persistence. Excellent with medium aged cheeses, it goes well with Valtellina bitto.
