Frutos de Espana Framed:Unframed and a street poster areThe famous and most beautiful Mercat Central (the central food market of Valencia, built between 1914 1928 in the Art Nouveau style), was right on our doorstep. Food of every variety was sold by the 1000 vendors within its soaring, glass domed architecture. The fruits and vegetables of Spain are something to behold, and here were the cream of the crop, magnificently displayed, too. This small collage started with fruit box papers I gathered up at
